Bodyweight dips

Went back to basics for tonight's training. Nailed 4 sets of 40 reps for bodyweight dips followed by 4 sets of 10 for body flies on the Jungle Gym, 6 sets of chest isometrics, 3 sets of triceps isometrics and finished off with a good and strong isometric midsection session. Here's the final set of dips.
