Straddle Planche Push Up variation

This morning I hit some good muscle ups, different entries to handstands, handstand forward rolls to back extension handstands, Russian jumps, pike jumps 360 and 720 jumps, 100 back of wrist push ups, 100 pull ups, 100 lunges, some hand extender work and 5 strong sets of these. Awesome practice
