Great training last night. 100 reps of BTN strict presses, 3 sets of rear delt raises for each sie, 3 sets of isometrics curls for each side and this finisher for the midsection. Without rest you hit 10 good mornings, 8 rollouts, 10 good mornings, 8 roll outs, 10 good mornings and 8 rollouts. This was the final set of the night. Felt awesome.
