After bombing out on Hack Squats last week.....

So, last week I completely bombed out on my Hack Squats. More than made up for it this week. Nailed a strong 4 sets of 5 reps with 435 pounds (a new PR). Felt awesome! Then moved onto weighted Sissy Squats, Leg Extension Isometrics, Hip Thrust/ Leg Curls, Romanian Deadlifts, Leg Curl Isometrics and Parallel Bar V-sit Holds. Awesome Training Last night.
