1-arm triple clap push ups

For this morning's practice I hit 5 sets of muscle ups, 5 sets of handstand work, 2 sets of front flips, 2 sets in each direction of 1/2 floor circles, 100 back of wrist push ups, 80 lunges, and 5 sets of these, the triple clap 1-arm push up. Here's the 5th set, by this time they got a little sloppy, lol. A great morning practice though.
