Good Old School Bodyweight Dips
Decided to hit some good old school bodyweight dips. Did four sets with 60 seconds of rest in between sets. Nailed 35, 30, 25 and 20 reps respectively. Here's set number 3: After this hit 4 sets of body flies on the jungle gym, 3 sets of isometric chest work, 6 sets of Eagle flexes, 3 sets of French Presses and a good isometric midsection session. Great day of practice.
