Some good old read delt raises

After nailing 100 reps of military presses it was rear delt raise time. Nailed a strong 3 sets of 10 on each side with the 88 pound kettlebell. Felt good. Afterwards, finished off the night with some good isometric work for the biceps and 6 sets of leiderman presses. Great training night.
